We care deeply about growing food that nurtures the health of our customers, our family, and our land, air, and water. We aim to be good and thankful stewards of our small piece of the earth as we believe that we are only borrowing it from future generations and that it has an inherent worth and beauty all its own. We therefore practice sustainable and organic methods of agriculture, plant cover crops, and engage in land restoration activities beyond the production field by planting pollinator habitat and restoring remnant prairies on our land. We also want all of our neighbors to be able to enjoy healthy, sustainably-grown food, no matter their circumstances, and so we work with others to help build a local food system that benefits our entire community. We want all who help us on the farm or who enjoy the fruits of our labor to feel welcome, happy, and valued here.
